Tsensor Module

This Tsensor module is specially designed for development boards. It adopts the AHT20 high-precision temperature and humidity sensor and the BMP280 air pressure sensor to accurately capture the environmental temperature, humidity and air pressure information. It is suitable for development projects in multiple fields such as the Internet of Things and intelligent environmental monitoring. It endows devices with a keen environmental perception ability and realizes the construction of intelligent and refined data collection and analysis applications.

Function

Accurate Perception of Temperature and Humidity
Relying on the AHT20 sensor, high-precision monitoring of environmental temperature and humidity is achieved. The measurement accuracy of temperature reaches ±0.3 °C, covering a wide range from -40 °C to 85 °C, accurately reflecting the hot and cold states of the environment where it is located. It is applicable to temperature control in cold chain logistics and indoor temperature control systems. The measurement accuracy of humidity is ±2% RH, with a measurement range from 0% RH to 100% RH, precisely detecting the dryness and wetness of the air, which meets the humidity supervision requirements for moisture preservation in agricultural greenhouses and for the preservation of cultural relics in museums.

Accurate Measurement of Air Pressure
By virtue of the BMP280 sensor, the atmospheric pressure can be accurately measured. The measurement range is from 300 to 1100 hPa, with an absolute accuracy of ±1 hPa. It can track the fluctuations of air pressure in real time, providing core data support for scenarios such as weather change prediction by meteorological monitoring stations, altitude calculation of aircraft (based on the correlation between air pressure and altitude), and altitude positioning in outdoor sports. It expands the application boundaries of the development board in altitude-related applications.

Data Calibration and Compensation
The AHT20 has an built-in automatic calibration and compensation mechanism for temperature and humidity data. It dynamically optimizes the measurement results according to the environmental temperature, reduces the interference of temperature drift on the humidity accuracy, and outputs stable and reliable temperature and humidity data. The BMP280 comes with its own calibration logic to deal with air pressure measurement deviations, ensuring the accuracy of air pressure values. It can withstand the tests of complex environments and maintain stable measurement performance over the long term.

Efficient Data Interaction
With the help of the standard I2C interface (the AHT20 supports the 100 kHz standard mode and the 400 kHz fast mode, while the BMP280 supports the 400 kHz fast mode), it can communicate efficiently with the main controller of the development board, seamlessly transmit the digitally quantified data of temperature, humidity and air pressure, which facilitates the rapid parsing and processing by the development board. It is compatible with wireless modules, enabling the wireless long-distance transmission of the sensed data, breaking the shackles of cables and empowering remote monitoring scenarios, such as the environmental monitoring of distributed industrial plants.
